Gulliver and Twerk were brought to Dumb Friends League, a Denver-based shelter, and the employees were told that these cats were somehow different and odd.
The employee, Brooklyn Nielsen, had a look at them and told them that the cats had CH (Cerebellar Hypoplasia). This meant that the cats would deal with head tremors, a tough time walking more than a step or two, lots of falls, and a lack of solid motor skills.
But Nielsen took them to her home and fostered them with great pleasure. But they needed special care and special care items as they can’t drink or eat from usual bowls. Nielson took care of them and claimed that if treated right they were ordinary as other normal cats. They had an Instagram page where their owner shares funny moments of their lives.
