A mother dog and her small puppies were found in the bushes. The puppies, who are just a few days old, were damp. Despite being underweight and in need of nourishment, the mother dog was able to keep her puppies alive. When the mother dog grew pregnant and gave birth in the remote bushes, she was presumably abandoned.
