Although Anastasia Tiurina is only seven years old, her musical talent and passion for performing are on par with those of an experienced musician.
Highlighted is the young Russian girl’s performance with the National Academic Orchestra of Russian Folk Instruments. Anastasia plays the Russian balalaika, a triangular mandolin-like instrument with three strings, as she conducts the orchestra in a rousing musical rendition of Alexander Shalov’s Russian folk song “Valenki.”
Despite continuing to be completely engrossed in the music, Anastasia is still deftly plucking at the strings and beaming at each of her various musicians and the conductor. She gives off the impression of being very content and at ease while performing, which will guarantee her a successful future in music!
