On January 2, 2023, a magical accident happened to the lucky folks. The tourists were cruising along with Captain Dave’s Dana Point Dolphin & Whale Watching Safari when all of a sudden they witnessed how a gray whale gave birth.
Various tourists take such trips but not everyone is so lucky to witness the labor of a whale.
The captain then commented on their unbeliavable journey saying; “Our whale-watching passengers and crew had a once-in-a-lifetime sighting off the coast of Dana Strands Beach in Dana Point, California, when we encountered a gray whale giving birth to a calf.”
The captain told that though many gray whales gave birth in Baja, some babies didn’t wait and were born during migration too.
