A 20-year-old cat was saved, given a loving home for the rest of his life, and given a much-needed wash. He simply cannot stop purring because he is so joyful.
This is Oswald the cat’s endearing tale.
At the ripe old age of 20, which is over 100 in human years, Oswald found himself at the shelter.
Karyn Poplin of Cat Adventure Rescue League told Love Meow, “He was given to a shelter without a name or much of a hope.
The cat was taken from the shelter and transported to Karyn’s cat sanctuary so he might have a place to live.
Nothing at all appears to stop this elderly cat from “exploring and getting in the way in classic cat manner,” despite his age, health, and difficulty walking.
This person is a champion. All he wanted was some chin scratches, Karyn said. “He let me bathe him. He ate all the food I set down for him.
“Despite having the most grumpy old guy visage, he simply loves people. He also talks a much!
This person is a champion. He allowed me to clean him, ate all the food I had out for him, and all he asked for was some chin scratches, according to Karyn.
After the wash, the lovely ginger cat curled up next to his permanent human and started purring loudly.
He has trouble walking, yet he’s a trooper anyway. It doesn’t stop him from stomping about like a cat, though! Love Meow heard Karyn say.
He is currently enjoying every moment of his new life and eating like a champ.
