The most tattooed woman in the world is currently thought to be Charlotte Guttenberg. She added that her husband was a real conservative and “didn’t allow anything to be done to his appearance” while showing media old footage of them together.
After her husband left, Charlotte wanted to make significant changes in her life, starting with a small tattoo.
As you might expect, the woman didn’t stop there; she also completely decked herself out in stunning artwork.
The new person chosen by Guttenberg, incidentally, is a huge tattoo fan.
