Hallee Fuqua, our daughter, has been requesting a dog for Christmas for years. We advised her to postpone till after her college graduation.
She started working as a volunteer at the Stillwater Humane Society. She visited Rambo frequently since she loved him so much.
Three weeks ago, my wife and I made the secret decision to adopt him. We managed to keep it a secret with assistance from the Humane Society.
This past weekend, she learned that Rambo had been adopted, and she was devastated.
So we gave her an early Christmas present on Sunday night as a surprise. We recorded the event on film.
